Travelling by car
· The maximum speed limit on the highway is 130 km/hour (80mph).
· On most Spanish motorways there is toll.
· In Spain it is obligated to have the following things in the car:
- Warning triangle
- High visibility vest. The driver must wear this in the event of an accident or breakdown
When you travel trough France to Spain:
From 1 July 2012 it is obligated to have an alcohol tester in the car (throw away breathalyzer).
In Spain the stores usually open from Tuesday to Saturday from 09.00 or 10.00-13.30 or 14.00 o’clock and from 17.00-20.00 or 20.30 o’clock. On Saturdays the stores are opened from 09.30 or 10.00-13.30 Department stores and big town centres are opened from 10.00-20.00 o’clock.
